I did see a lot of yellow billed Cotinga's at that time , but not today...but the black hooded Antshrike was a lifer for me.
It was a hot day, bright sun and around 10 am it started to slow down.
Believe me , even the Panamanian birders were sweating!

Brown-throated Parakeet 6 Black-hooded Antshrike 1 heard more, but did see one female very good(lifer for me! Oh and in the late afternoon , still had some energy for an hour to check out some birds on our farm in the forest...I love the highlands, love the temperature
