Male Quetzal nest and a new bird on our farm!
Both very active female and male Quetzal are feeding the immature(s), we hope 1 or 2 immature(s) will survive!
Had to zoom in, not to disturb them.... on the video the male.
This all is happening in the cloud forest of Boquete Panama.
I am busy with 2 blog posts, but so much is going on outside (bird wise), that my blog posts are going slow.
Today 31th of May a new bird on the farm...a black Phoebe , yes!!!
greetings from Terry

the Quetzal is 1800 m in the cloud forest(20 minutes from our farm) and the black Phoebe is new on our farm 1250m. This comment , because people did think that the Quetzal is on our farm.. no that will be very unusual. We do have the violaceous Trogon though :)
