birding trip 28th of July 2014


Well yes it was a bird trip , but the nice 4 Dutch guests where interested in everything..Butterflies, plants trees and birds and see the picture..a nice small  lizard. No problem , those are all the ingredients what you can find in a cloud forest.
The birds were quiet, we did visit one spot in the cloud forest. August is coming and the birds are eating  and eating, moulting and probably then sitting on a limb and burppping....
Still of course some fighting Hummingbirds and some mixed flocks... the black tighed Grosbeaks are still nesting and also the Wrens are loud as usual... ... well it was an enjoyable morning ...
Clouds, no rain and at the end of the morning as a reward for the patience ... the Sun!
