25th of August, birds on mainland Bocas del Toro

Very early today, I did drive all the way to Bocas del Toro.
I wanted to go to a spot(..spot 1..see above) what I discover on a trip to Almirante, at that moment I did not have tthe time to check it out. Today yes...
Unfortunately when I arrived at 7.15am it was pretty "cold"for Bocas..and I think the birds were cold too.
It was very silent. Did see some...but still, I did stay 1 hour and moved back to the mountains.
