I had a nice time with Matt and Abbie, they were visiting a friend who lives here in Boquete. Matt told me after the birding trip that he was also a guide. I was not surprised. What we figured out is that we had both the same problems... "birders fingers"...well official you call it a "Trigger finger!" It is because we both are bird watching a lot and hold of course a lot the binoculars...too much pressure on the thumb and fingers. When you recognize it...just immobilize your finger or thumb(tape) , give it rest!!!!
